Terms of Use

Welcome to the Star Restoration website. By using this site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of this website

This website is provided for general information about our water damage restoration services in Dallas and the surrounding metro. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.

No professional advice

Information on this site, including our tools and cost estimates, is general and educational. It is not a substitute for an on-site assessment. Every water loss is different, and only an in-person inspection can determine the right scope and price for your property.

Estimates and tools

The cost calculator, drying-time estimator, and risk checker on this site produce rough ranges from the inputs you provide. They are starting points, not quotes or guarantees of outcome, timing, or price.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, and design of this site are owned by Star Restoration or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Third-party links

This site may link to third-party resources for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Star Restoration is not liable for damages arising from your use of the website itself. This clause governs the website only; the terms of any restoration work we perform are set out in the service agreement we provide for that job.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
